Key Responsibilities
- Own our web analytics setup - from event tracking through GTM and GA4 to building insightful dashboards and automating regular reporting.
- Lead the analysis of digital user behavior - understanding key journeys conversion points and areas for optimization.
- Design and build a scalable system for running and evaluating experiments (A / B tests) to improve site performance and user experience.
- Connect web insights to the bigger picture - communicating implications clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Use SQL to work with underlying data validate metrics and enrich your analysis beyond standard dashboards.
- Work closely with the web development team while collaborating with marketing product growth and sales teams to inform decisions and prioritize actions based on evidence.
- Identify opportunities to scale learnings or apply your thinking beyond digital - helping us grow a strong commercially-minded analytics function.
What Youll Bring – Must-haves
- Expert-level experience with GA4 including custom event setup funnels and GTM.
- Strong command of SQL - confident querying large datasets and joining with other data sources.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing and evaluating website experiments (A / B testing) .
- Clear structured communicator - someone wed trust to present to VP-level stakeholders .
- Commercially sharp - always asking how your work contributes to business goals.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to broader analytics tools (e.g. Snowflake BigQuery Rudderstack / Segment Tableau / Sigma / other data visualisation tool).
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Broader marketing or product analytics experience.
