In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing and Campaigns on full‑time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in executing and optimizing digital marketing activities, aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives and across channels, with a particular focus on managing updates for six corporate websites (1 English + 5 international). This role is approximately 80% executional and 20% strategic, contributing to digital acquisition and optimization efforts. Collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will:

• Collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing and other marketing teams to maintain and update six corporate websites, ensuring brand consistency, effective landing page design, on‑page SEO, and analytics tracking.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social, SEO, SEM, display, and retargeting campaigns in line with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all digital content supports campaign objectives and brand messaging, working closely with internal teams to implement web‑based communication strategies.
• Track and report on website and campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and offer actionable insights to guide digital strategy.
• Work with external agencies, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign and website execution, including ongoing improvements and ROI reporting.

What You’ll Offer

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or website management, including CMS management, SEO/SEM, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, Google Analytics (or equivalent), reporting, and optimization to drive results.
• Experience with website CMS, CRM/marketing automation platforms (Dynamics 365 Marketing or similar), and familiarity with UX/usability principles.
• Ability to produce high‑quality, engaging content with an eye for design, user experience, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to work effectively across marketing teams and manage multiple global sites and priorities.
• Outstanding writing, presentation, and communication skills; advanced English required, additional European languages highly desirable.
