Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise a cross‑functional digital marketing team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Santiago Ways products.
- Define strategic objectives and set performance metrics.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize the CRM.
- Collaborate with other teams to support lead‑generation initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and propose new innovative ideas and approaches.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize the user experience.
- Use strong analytical capabilities to evaluate the end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Report regularly on key results and other predefined KPIs.
- Provide intellectual leadership and perspective for adoption when appropriate.
- Contribute to interdepartmental initiatives, including internal system development, web, Santiago Ways web application, client documentation, and more.
Qualifications
- Passion for digital marketing with experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, especially leading teams.
- Strong knowledge mix of product, digital marketing, and business.
- Experience in product coordination and product management within the travel sector is a plus.
- Experience specifically in multi‑day hiking and cycling trips is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills: highly confident, competent, and articulate at all levels.
- Planning and organization skills: ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Technical skills: proven knowledge and experience with CRM systems; ready to work with the latest technology and learn quickly.
- Analytical and data reporting skills: use data‑based reports to track, report, and improve performance.
- Team player and interpersonal skills: energetic, friendly, and natural team player.
- Problem‑solving skills: proactive problem identification and solution provision.
- Commercial and analytical thinker capable of interpreting data and results.
- History of initiating and implementing creative and innovative ideas that drive growth.
- Autonomous and thrives in high‑growth agile businesses, preferring action and delivery over perfection.
- Strong Spanish and English proficiency; German is a plus.
