papernest recrute un stagiaire Digital Marketing Project Manager pour soutenir l’équipe CRM sur la définition et la mise en œuvre de parcours clients, en France et international, pour un stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2027.

Vous participerez à la conception de parcours multicanaux, travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes produit, business et design, et contribuerez à l’analyse des campagnes CRM. Rémunération mensuelle de 800 €, télétravail partiel autorisé.

Responsabilidades

• Soutenir l’équipe CRM dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de parcours clients multicanaux.
• Concevoir et optimiser des parcours client du discovery à la rétention.
• Collaborer avec les équipes produit, business et design pour renforcer la stratégie marketing.
• Automatiser des parcours et créer des communications multicanales (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Analyser l’efficacité des campagnes CRM et proposer des insights actionnables.

In this role you will: En tant que stagiaire Digital Marketing Project Manager, tu soutiendras l’équipe CRM dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de différents parcours clients, en France comme à l’international pour un stage de 6 mois à partir de Janvier 2027.

Tes futures missions :

• Rejoins un rôle clé combinant marketing, stratégie, expertise technique et analyse. Ton objectif : comprendre et optimiser l’ensemble du parcours client, de la découverte à la rétention. Tu identifieras les étapes clés qui favorisent l’adoption du produit afin d’assurer la satisfaction client, de maintenir l’engagement et de réduire le churn. Il s’agit d’une approche holistique et centrée sur le client, axée sur l’expérience client et le cycle de vie.
• Cycle de vie du produit : Concevoir de nouveaux parcours clients multicanaux à intégrer dans la stratégie CRM
• Proposer des initiatives stratégiques à mettre en œuvre
• Développer et améliorer les parcours clients
• Collaborer avec les équipes produit, business et design pour renforcer notre stratégie marketing
• Mise en œuvre : Créer et mettre en place des processus pour cibler nos clients et prospects
• Automatiser les tâches et les parcours afin d’optimiser les processus
• Créer des communications multicanales (emails, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Développer des supports de communication
• Analyse : Suivre l’efficacité des campagnes CRM et de leurs contenus
• Mettre en place des analyses à la suite des différents tests lancés
• Fournir des insights et des recommandations actionnables

• Tu as un fort intérêt pour le digital et l’écosystème startup
• Tu es créatif(ve), débrouillard(e) et curieux(se)
• Tu as de fortes compétences analytiques
• Tu as d’excellentes compétences en orthographe et en rédaction
• Tu parles couramment anglais
