Job summary

YoBrands, part of The Rank Group, is a leading online gaming operator in the Spanish & Portuguese markets, with offices in Barcelona and Ceuta. The Digital Graphic Designer will shape offsite acquisition channels and craft visuals for campaigns across social media, CRM, and programmatic channels for Spain and future Portugal markets.

Role requires strong design software knowledge, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a proactive, multitasking mindset.

Qualifications

Experience creating and optimizing images with AI tools (e.g., Magnific, Firefly, Adobe AI tools) for marketing and brand campaigns.
Solid knowledge of task tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Fluent in Spanish with good English knowledge; Portuguese is a strong asset for expansion.
Proven digital design experience and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings and stand-ups reporting changes and progress.
Act as a guardian of the brands and ensure consistent design quality.
Collaborate with product, marketing, CRM, TECH and other teams to deliver brand-consistent Customer Journeys.
Prioritize workload according to business goals and meet deadlines.
Work with Commercial team on promotional concepts and deliver high-quality designs.
Design, maintain and optimize acquisition channels such as Social Media, Landing Pages, Blogs, and Newsletters.
Develop graphic content across channels and brands: banners, ads, landing pages, video, social media content.
