Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to enhance and create visuals for offsite and on-demand campaigns targeting the Spanish and upcoming Portuguese markets. You will design for social media, CRM, programmatic, affiliates, and more, ensuring brand consistency across channels for multiple brands.

Collaboration with product, marketing, CRM, and other teams is essential. You will work with AI tools and traditional design software, with responsibilities spanning banners, landing pages,

Qualifications

• Proven digital design experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience with 3D design is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI image tools and applying them to campaigns.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for lightweight edits.
• Fluency in Spanish; good English communication.
• Portuguese knowledge is a plus for upcoming markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver visually compelling assets for on- and offsite campaigns (CRM, social, email, banners).
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product and other teams to ensure brand-consistent journeys.
• Create assets for landing pages, blogs, newsletters and other channels across multiple brands.
• Maintain and optimize brand visuals and guidelines across campaigns.
• Develop content across formats including video, banners, and social media assets.
