Job summary

Schneider Electric ofrece prácticas remuneradas en su Trainee Program en Sevilla, orientadas al desarrollo de firmware embebido y pruebas en entornos C/C++. Serás parte de un equipo técnico, con horarios flexibles y posibilidad de remoto parcial, orientado a aprender y aportar en proyectos reales de estas áreas.

Buscamos estudiantes de Ingeniería que tengan conocimientos en C/C++, Linux y control de versiones, con capacidad de trabajar 4–6 horas diarias y disponibilidad para prácticas de 6

Qualifications

• Estudiante de grado o máster en Ingeniería Electrónica, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas Embebidos, Robótica o campos similares.
• Conocimientos sólidos de C y C++ aplicados a firmware y normas de codificación.
• Nociones de desarrollo en sistemas embebidos o Linux.
• Familiaridad con control de versiones (Git).
• Disponibilidad para 4–6 horas diarias, de lunes a viernes, con horario entre 8 y 10 h.
• Nivel alto de Inglés.

Responsibilities

• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de módulos de firmware en C/C++.
• Creación y ejecución de Unit Tests usando frameworks de C/C++.
• Automatización de tareas de desarrollo y validación.
• Aplicación de ciberseguridad al desarrollo del firmware.

Nuestra misión es investigar, diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de firmware de alta fiabilidad para los equipos y plataformas tecnológicas de Schneider Electric. En el departamento de I+D trabajamos en la evolución continua de nuestras arquitecturas embebidas, aplicando metodologías Agile, ingeniería de alta calidad y las mejores prácticas del sector para garantizar productos robustos, seguros y sostenibles.

Formarás parte de un entorno altamente técnico, donde la innovación, la excelencia en el código y la colaboración multidisciplinar son fundamentales para transformar ideas en soluciones reales que impactan directamente en nuestros clientes y en la industria.

¿Qué aprenderás con nosotros?

• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de módulos de firmware en C/C++
• Creación y ejecución de Unit Tests usando frameworks específicos de C/C++
• Automatización de tareas de desarrollo y validación
• Ciberseguridad aplicada al desarrollo del firmware
• Resolución de problemas y aprendizaje mediante exposición a pruebas

¿Eres tú a quién buscamos?

• Estudiante de grado o máster en: Ingeniería Electrónica, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas Embebidos, Robótica o campos similares.
• Conocimientos sólidos de C y C++ aplicados a firmware y conocimientos en estándar de codificación.
• Nociones de desarrollo en sistemas embebidos o Linux.
• Familiaridad con control de versiones (Git).
• Conocimientos básicos de:
• Disponibilidad para realizar entre 4 y 6 horas diarias (lunes a viernes) y tener disponibilidad por las mañanas; el horario es flexible y puedes entrar entre las 8 y las 10h.
• Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o Centro de Estudios por un periodo de 6 meses.
• Disponibilidad para incorporarse entre Enero, Febrero y Marzo.
• Extroversión y ganas de aprender.
• Nivel alto de Inglés.

Participando en nuestro Trainee Program obtendrás:

• Una experiencia especialmente diseñada para tu aprendizaje y desarrollo
• Prácticas remuneradas (en función del horario que establezcas, mín. 20 horas y máx. 30 horas por semana, 700-900€/mes)
• Seguimiento de tu evolución y aprendizaje
• Flexibilidad horaria para compaginarlo con tus estudios
• Un día de libre disposición al mes (acumulable)
• Posibilidad de colaborar en remoto según el puesto (hasta 2 días por semana)
• Duración de 6 meses con posibilidad de prorrogar o contratación
