Job summary

Schneider Electric ofrece un Trainee Program de 6 meses en España para desarrollarte en firmware embebido. Aprenderás con expertos y contribuirás a proyectos que transforman industrias, hogares y empresas.

La experiencia combina desarrollo en C/C++, pruebas unitarias, seguridad en firmware y automatización, con prácticas remuneradas (700–900 €/mes) y horario flexible (20–30 h/semana). Remoto hasta 2 días/semana y posibilidad de prórroga.

Qualifications

• Estudiante de grado o máster en ingeniería electrónica, informática, telecomunicaciones, sistemas embebidos o robótica.
• Conocimientos sólidos de C y C++ aplicados a firmware y estándares de codificación.
• Nociones de desarrollo en sistemas embebidos o Linux.
• Familiaridad con control de versiones (Git).
• Disponibilidad para 4–6 horas diarias (L-V) y horario matutino flexible.
• Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con la universidad por 6 meses.
• Disponibilidad para incorporarte en enero, febrero o marzo.
• Nivel alto de inglés.

Responsibilities

• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de módulos de firmware en C/C++.
• Creación y ejecución de unit tests usando frameworks de C/C++.
• Automatización de tareas de desarrollo y validación.
• Ciberseguridad aplicada al desarrollo del firmware.

Sobre el departamento

Nuestra misión es investigar, diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de firmware de alta fiabilidad para los equipos y plataformas tecnológicas de Schneider Electric. En el departamento de I+D trabajamos en la evolución continua de nuestras arquitecturas embebidas, aplicando metodologías Agile, ingeniería de alta calidad y las mejores prácticas del sector para garantizar productos robustos, seguros y sostenibles.

¿Qué aprenderás con nosotros?

• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de módulos de firmware en C/C++

¿Eres tú a quién buscamos?

• Estudiante de grado o máster en: Ingeniería Electrónica, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas Embebidos, Robótica o campos similares.
• Conocimientos sólidos de C y C++ aplicados a firmware y conocimientos en estándar de codificación.
• Nociones de desarrollo en sistemas embebidos o Linux.
• Familiaridad con control de versiones (Git).
• Conocimientos básicos de:
• Disponibilidad para realizar entre 4 y 6 horas diarias (lunes a viernes) y tener disponibilidad por las mañanas; el horario es flexible y puedes entrar entre las 8 y las 10h.
• Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o Centro de Estudios por un periodo de 6 meses.
• Disponibilidad para incorporarse en enero, febrero y marzo.
• Extroversión y ganas de aprender.
• Nivel alto de Inglés.

Participando en nuestro Trainee Program obtendrás

• Una experiencia especialmente diseñada para tu aprendizaje y desarrollo.
• Prácticas remuneradas (en función del horario que establezcas, mín. 20 horas y máx. 30 horas por semana, 700-900€/mes).
• Seguimiento de tu evolución y aprendizaje.
• Flexibilidad horaria para compaginarlo con tus estudios.
• Un día de libre disposición al mes (acumulable).
• Posibilidad de colaborar en remoto según el puesto (hasta 2 días por semana).
• Duración de 6 meses con posibilidad de prorrogar o contratación.
