Job summary

ING is seeking a Digital Data Expert with a Product Owner role to join the Cross Domain Data Partners Team in Spain. You will guide regulatory reporting initiatives, define functional requirements, and work with risk, compliance and legal stakeholders to ensure compliant solutions.

Strong English, IT fluency, and cross‑cultural collaboration are essential. You will contribute to end‑to‑end data services, improve processes, and support delivery teams across different time zones and areas.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into improvements of digital journeys.
• Strong IT affinity and ability to communicate with IT developers and architects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English required.
• Remote collaboration across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements and participate in testing for regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Manage business, regulatory and global reporting processes; resolve incidents.
• Identify products/services to meet customer needs and propose configurations.
• Represent the voice of the internal customer and drive end‑to‑end service improvements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
