Overview

At ING we are looking for Customer Journey Expert Data Oversight Delivery Area. Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our Data Oversight Delivery Area Team of Data Management Tribe Spain. The responsibility of this team is to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and global initiatives delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Your key responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Journey Expert in Regulatory Data you will provide a broad knowledge on ING products services channels and Regulatory Reporting.
  • You are part of the delivery team to define functional requirements participation in testing and support before the Go-live.
  • You control the process of Regulatory and Global reporting, solve the incidents in case of errors, provide the information and help to the support teams or the providers.
  • You identify the products or services that best meet the customers stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You represent the voice of the internal customer improving the processes.
  • You are responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset for the day-to-day performance for building reliable business operations and services and for connecting it with internal or external parties.
  • You work with Risk Compliance and Legal stakeholders to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.

What we are looking for:

  • Master or bachelors degree with 3 to 6 years of experience managing complex projects.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into improvements of our digital journeys.
  • IT affinity: understand how the customer journeys connect to the underlying IT landscape including dependencies on components owned by other Tribes; communicate with and where necessary challenge the IT developers and architects.
  • Strong effective presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Remote collaboration: adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
  • Cross-Cultural sensitivity & empathy.
  • Adaptability, prioritization, risk management, deadlines management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in risk identification and mitigation in offshore setups.

Este equipo tiene como misión asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones regulatorias de reporting y de iniciativas globales, con desarrollos de alta calidad basados en metodologÍa Agile.

  • Como Customer Journey Expert en Regulatory Data, aportarás un conocimiento amplio sobre productos, servicios, canales y reporting regulatorio.
  • Participar en la definición de requisitos funcionales, pruebas y soporte previo al Go-live.
  • Controlar el proceso de reporting regulatorio y global, resolver incidencias y apoyar a equipos de soporte o proveedores.
  • Identificar productos o servicios que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades de las personas clientes, proponiendo configuraciones adecuadas.
  • Representar la voz del cliente interno para la mejora continua de procesos.
  • Mejorar el servicio con una visión end-to-end y asegurar rendimiento diario y conexión con equipos internos y externos.
  • Colaborar con Riesgos, Compliance y Legal para garantizar cumplimiento normativo y de políticas internas.

Qu buscamos / What we look for

  • Formación universitaria (Grado/Máster) y entre 3 y 6 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos.
  • Capacidad para traducir feedback de clientes en mejoras de journeys digitales.
  • Afinidad con IT y comprensión de cómo los journeys se conectan con el landscape tecnológico; capacidad para comunicar y retar a desarrolladores/arquitectos.
  • Habilidades para presentaciones efectivas y comunicación con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Dominio del inglés y del español.
  • Colaboración remota y sensibilidad intercultural.
  • Adaptabilidad, priorización, gestión de riesgos, cumplimiento de plazos y stakeholders, resolución de problemas.
