As our Digital Coordinator at La Rozas Village, you will manage and optimize our digital platforms, including the website, mobile app, and email marketing channels. This role will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns and landing pages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM strategies.

About the role

• Manage and maintain the local website and mobile app, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Build and deploy email campaigns and landing pages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setting up audience segmentation, personalization, and automation journeys.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Loyalty / Membership, Social Media, Content, and Retail Marketing to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate the creation and scheduling of newsletters, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the overall marketing calendar.
• Provide clear and detailed briefs for creative assets required for digital campaigns, working with internal designers or external agencies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for email campaigns, website traffic, and app engagement, using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce reports to optimize future activities.

Role requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or email marketing roles.
• Knowledge of email marketing principles and methods.
• Experience in uploading and managing website content using CMS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with GA4 and data reporting.
• Passionate on retail and luxury fashion.
• Spanish and Advanced English.
