Seedtag in Madrid is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to own our social channels and shape our storytelling across formats—social posts, podcasts, video and live event coverage.

You'll work hands-on with spokespeople, product, events and sales teams across markets, delivering copy, planning and on‑site coverage while turning trends into compelling content. This is a fast-paced, hybrid role that joins Corporate Marketing to amplify Seedtag's voice globally.

Qualifikationen

• Native or near-native English and fluent Spanish.
• Strong copywriting skills and storytelling.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join the Digital team in Corporate Marketing.

You’ll own Seedtag's social channels and help shape how we tell our story across formats: social posts, podcasts, video and live event coverage.

This is a hands‑on role with room to bring your own ideas. You’ll work closely with spokespeople, product, events and sales teams across multiple markets.

Your Challenge

As a Digital Content Specialist, You Will

• Own Seedtag's LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube end‑to‑end: planning, copy and publishing.
• Use performance reports to spot what works and propose new approaches to improve results.
• Write copy for brand posts, blog promotion and our employee advocacy program.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Sprinklr and Figma.
• Podcast production experience.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut).
• Spanish, Portuguese or another European language.
