Airbus Helicopters España, SA in Albacete, Spain is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Data & Analytics team within the Digital Campus project. You will lead agile ceremonies, coach teams, and ensure compliance with SAFe practices to deliver SAP BI products.

Formación

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
• Technical expertise in SAFe, agile governance, and extended Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Agility to track PI delivery and metrics.
• Background in Data & Analytics and SAP BI product environments.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies for a Data & Analytics squad of 10.
• Ensure the agile framework is followed to optimize velocity and sprint commitments.
• Remove impediments and protect the squad from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders on backlog refinement.
• Monitor velocity, metrics, and risks for weekly reports.

You will join the Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train.

You will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the world's leading helicopter manufacturer.

Your challenges

• Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people.
• Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
• Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.

Your profile

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
• Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.
• Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.
