Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for the Data & Analytics squad in Albacete, Spain. You will lead Agile ceremonies, coach the team, and ensure SAFe practices are applied to deliver SAP BI products in a multinational aerospace context.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile leadership or Scrum Master roles, hands-on Jira/Agility usage, and strong Data & Analytics/SAP BI knowledge. Advanced Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable.

Formación

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe, extended Scrum frameworks, and agile governance.
• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.
• Background or strong functional knowledge in Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.

You will join the Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train.

You will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the world's leading helicopter manufacturer.

Your challenges:

• Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people.
• Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
• Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.

Your profile:

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
• Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.
• Hands‑on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.
• Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.
