Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for the Data & Analytics team in Albacete. You will lead agile ceremonies for a 10-person squad and ensure adherence to SAFe practices while removing impediments to accelerate SAP BI delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Agile leadership, strong SAFe knowledge, and hands-on Jira/Agility experience. The role offers a hybrid working model with a focus on development and growth within a global aerospace leader.

Formación

• Min. 5 years of professional Agile leadership or Scrum Master experience.
• Hands-on with extended Scrum, SAFe and agile governance.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Agility).

Responsabilidades

• Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people.
• Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
• Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode interfaces.
