Ferrovial is seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management & Program Delivery Manager to lead AI-enabled solutions across the full infrastructure lifecycle, from bids to long-term asset management. The role blends asset management with digital transformation, requiring strong program management, analytical skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Infrastructure Management.
• Demonstrated experience across the infrastructure lifecycle, including bid development, planning, design, construction, handover, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of asset management principles and frameworks, preferably ISO 55001.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, analytics, AI, or technology-enabled business improvement initiatives.
• Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital asset management and transformation initiatives across major infrastructure projects and operational assets.
• Apply end-to-end lifecycle knowledge from bids to operations and asset management.
• Develop strategies to improve asset performance, resilience, sustainability, and value.
• Support business development via demand analytics, scenarios, bids and business cases.
• Embed asset information and handover requirements into design and delivery.
• Deliver complex programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and benefits.
• Drive adoption of AI, analytics, digital twins, and automation.
• Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Prepare executive reports, business cases, and client-presentations.
