Ferrovial is seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management & Program Delivery Manager to lead technology-enabled solutions across the full infrastructure lifecycle—from bid development to operations and long-term asset management.

The role combines asset management expertise with digital transformation, AI, and advanced analytics to improve performance, resilience, and value, while collaborating across engineering, design, construction, technology, and leadership teams.

Formación

• Experience across the infrastructure lifecycle including bid development and operations.
• Strong knowledge of asset management principles and frameworks, preferably ISO 55001.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, analytics, AI, or tech-enabled business improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital asset management and transformation initiatives across major infrastructure projects and assets.
• Apply whole-lifecycle knowledge from bids through design, construction, handover, operations, and long-term asset management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve asset performance, resilience, and value.
• Collaborate across operations, engineering, design, construction, technology, and leadership teams to identify innovation opportunities.
