This position plays a key role in supporting Nordic businesses as they scale their digital presence through Google Ads and advanced PPC solutions. You will work directly with high‑potential clients—guiding them through onboarding campaign setup and ongoing optimization while strengthening long‑term partnerships and delivering measurable performance growth.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and create high‑performing Google Ads campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to promote digital solutions and close sales opportunities
  • Identify customer goals and build tailored advertising strategies
  • Drive product adoption, increase account spend and manage upselling
  • Analyze campaign performance and support long‑term digital strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and handle a high volume of client interactions
  • Collaborate closely with the Nordic market to support business growth
Qualifications
  • C2 Danish, C1 English
  • At least 20 months of experience in sales and / or marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing / Communications preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer data management
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity
  • Analytical, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
