As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Bahia Principe’s digital presence. Your mission will be to plan, execute and optimize innovative digital marketing campaigns across Programmatic (Display & Video), Social Ads channels and Affiliate Marketing, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message at the right time. You will be at the forefront of digital performance, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize our impact and deliver measurable results.

What will your key responsibilities be?
- Develop and execute digital campaigns strategies across Programmatic (Display & Video), Social Ads and Affiliate Marketing, aligning with business objectives and collaborating with the Digital Acquisition Manager and other key teams.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution in Programmatic (Display & Video), Social Ads and Affiliate Marketing, including setup, activation, tracking, daily performance monitoring and continuous optimization to maximize results in partnership with external partners.
- Drive a culture of experimentation by designing and implementing A / B and multivariate tests on audiences, creatives, formats and messaging, leveraging platform innovations and data-driven insights to enhance performance.
- Coordinate the production, adaptation and distribution of creative assets in partnership with the Design / Content team, implementing dynamic creative solutions and managing product feeds and catalogs to ensure personalized and impactful advertising.
- Administer and maintain data feeds and product catalogs for dynamic campaigns, ensuring regular updates, supervision of technical integration and data quality across platforms.
- Monitor campaign results and KPIs, preparing clear and actionable reports that highlight trends, insights and optimization opportunities, supporting data-driven decision making and transparency.
- Act as a connector between the Digital Acquisition team and other internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless campaign execution, effective communication and alignment with our brand standards.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or similar. Postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing will be valued.
- At least 2 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, especially in Programmatic Display / Video and Paid Social environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven performance marketing.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with digital campaign management platforms (such as social ads managers, programmatic buying tools, and affiliate marketing platforms), creative automation solutions, and web analytics suites.
- Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization (DCO), feed management, and reporting / dashboard tools (e.g., campaign managers, analytics dashboards, data visualization tools).
- Native Spanish and advanced English (C1).
- Proactive, results-oriented, collaborative and eager to keep learning in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
