A leading life sciences company is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join their Spanish Sales Team. Responsibilities include promoting products, assessing customer needs, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a scientific background, sales experience in life sciences, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a full-time role based in Madrid.

Formación

  • Professional or academic experience in a scientific field and ideally sales experience in life sciences.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working remotely or in virtual sales roles is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, hardworking.
  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Good presentation/communication skills by phone and video conferencing.

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our Spanish Sales Team Department - Bio Process Solutions (BPS) Business.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products and services in its territory a range of products in order to achieve sales and revenue objectives
  • Assess and analyze customer needs respond to customer requests and offer products and services as appropriate
  • Work closely with the team to create better market insight and effective strategies to secure business from an account
  • Flexibility to travel for work-related purposes
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in the assigned territory
  • Frequently assess each client’s potential and plan to realize it in business
  • Manage and build strong relationships with customers for a long-term partnership
Qualifications
  • Professional or academic experience in a scientific field (e.g. life sciences biology or similar) and ideally sales experience in the life sciences sector
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working remotely or in virtual sales roles is a strong advantage
  • Self‑motivated, energetic, results‑oriented, hardworking
  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams
  • Good presentation/communication skills by phone and video conferencing
