We're looking for a strategic, German-speaking Digital Growth Partner to join our Barcelona team. This is a key role for someone who wants to become a trusted advisor to leading German brands in retail, travel, and other high-growth sectors.

Your Mission:

You will build lasting partnerships with high-value clients. Your focus is on understanding their ambitious goals and architecting Google Ads strategies that deliver tangible, long-term growth. This means providing consultative support, optimizing sophisticated campaigns, and conducting regular strategic reviews to ensure continuous performance improvement.

Who You Are:
  • You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing.
  • You speak German at a fluent/C2 level and have a high level of English.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or digital marketing.
  • You possess a solid background in Google Ads and digital strategy.
  • You have a proven ability to build trust and provide high-level, strategic consultations.
