FEV Iberia SL is seeking an experienced Diesel Engine Calibration Project Manager / Team Leader to guide powertrain projects and multidisciplinary teams in an international setting. You will lead calibration and validation efforts, coordinate diverse technical teams, and interface with customers to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

Ideal candidates will have a background in automotive engineering, strong leadership skills, and experience with ETAS INCA, MATLAB/Simulink and CAN

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional level of English (French is a plus).
• Strong customer communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Lead engine calibration and validation projects from development to production.
• Coordinate technical teams and project activities.
• Act as the main interface with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, timing and performance targets are achieved.
• Support the development of advanced propulsion and vehicle technologies.
