Position: Diamond Sales Expert – Madrid

This role is a trusted advisor along the full customer journey, playing an integral part in growing the engagement business and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Ideal candidates thrive on building strong customer relationships, creating memorable experiences for life’s special milestones, love selling, and are excited to join a nimble team to help grow the VRAI brand.

Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients and prepare personalized consults demonstrating sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry, then follow up to close the sale.
  • Act as an ambassador of the VRAI brand and our values, assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care and company policy (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc).
  • Be sales‑driven and a key contributor to company growth by maintaining a calendar of virtual and in‑person appointments, managing the lead pipeline and nurturing/developing leads.
  • Join a high‑performing luxury sales team committed to first‑class service remotely and in showroom.
  • Collaborate with showroom and virtual sales members on clienteling and custom design projects, sharing customer trends and product feedback to continuously improve the overall customer experience, and work with marketing and product teams on product launches, in‑store events, press days, activations and influencer hosting.
Requirements
  • E‑commerce or retail sales experience with proven ability to close sales in a high‑volume environment.
  • Diamond expertise and jewelry experience strongly preferred; certified gemologists from a reputable institution a strong plus.
  • Independent, motivated, well‑organized with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, positive, patient, people‑person and technologically savvy.
  • Must work Saturday/Sunday.
Compensation

€32,000 – €36,000 a year

Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience and expertise. We will also consider higher level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
