KBR, Inc. supports U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain, providing dining facility services and related support.

The Food Service Supervisor will work closely with the Dining Facility Manager to ensure adherence to guidelines, supervise daily operations, and coordinate staffing and service during assigned shifts. They will assist with menu preparations and cooking when required, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards and ensuring smooth dining facility operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Read, write and speak English level III.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect the facility and operation to ensure smooth flow.
• Ensure cashiers are aware of menu options and prices before meals.
• Assist Public Health inspectors during monthly inspections and record temperatures every four hours.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene and sanitation standards and complete required training.
• Wear a clean uniform and pertinent PPE.
• Work shifts as assigned; cover as cashier as needed.
• Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Dining Facility Manager.
