KBR, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to serve as the installation’s focal point for supply feedback, coordinate with Resource Advisors, and ensure accurate order processing and document control at Morón Air Base in Spain.

The role requires two years of base supply customer service experience, proficiency in ILS-S/ELMS, and strong metrics reporting to improve operational readiness.

Formación

• Two years of experience in base supply customer service.
• Proficient with ordering equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Mastery of ILS-S and related databases (FEDLOG, WEBFLIS, ELMS).
• Knowledge of Air Force publications (DAFMAN 23-300, ILS-S User’s Manual).
• Strong reporting, tracking metrics, and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to train and mentor while ensuring policy compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Resource Advisors and manage supply accounts in ILS-S/ELMS.
• Audit customer supply accounts for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Track backorders and coordinate with enterprise partners to expedite orders.
• Monitor supply listings to ensure rapid processing for operations.
• Support customers during degraded operations with recovery procedures.
• Maintain document control and custody receipt listings, ensuring accuracy.
• Liaise between base customers and logistics to optimize missions.
