Decskill busca un DevOps Senior/Lead para un proyecto con modelo de trabajo híbrido en Valladolid. El/la candidato/a ideal diseña, implanta y mantiene infraestructuras en Azure y gestionará IaC, CI/CD y seguridad en la nube.

Se valorará experiencia con Azure DevOps, containers y entornos Escalables. La posición ofrece proyectos a nivel nacional e internacional, crecimiento técnico y una cultura centrada en las personas.

Formación

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en DevOps, Cloud Platform Engineering o roles afines.
• Experiência práctica en diseño y administración de entornos Azure, gestión de redes, seguridad e identidad.
• Conocimiento de IaC con Terraform, Bicep o ARM Templates.
• Experiencia con Docker y Kubernetes en entornos de producción.
• Experiencia con Azure DevOps y pipelines de CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, implementar y mantener infraestructuras en Azure y entornos de hosting de aplicaciones.
• Desarrollar y gestionar IaC para aprovisionamiento y configuración de recursos cloud.
• Diseñar y mantener pipelines CI/CD para despliegues de aplicaciones e infra.
• Aplicar prácticas de seguridad en la nube y gestión de identidades/secretos.
• Soportar despliegues de contenedores y operaciones de plataforma.

We would like to meet a Senior Devops for a project with a hybrid working model:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and application hosting environments.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Implement cloud security best practices, identity management, access controls, and secrets management.
• Support containerized application deployments and platform operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, reliability, and availability.
• Establish infrastructure standards, governance, and deployment best practices.
• Support development teams with cloud architecture, deployment automation, and operational guidance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Required Experience:

• More than 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Platform Engineering, or similar roles.

Required Technical Skills:

Azure Cloud Infrastructure:

• Strong hands-on experience designing and administering Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience with resource management, networking, security, identity, monitoring, and application hosting services.
• Understanding of enterprise cloud architecture and operational best practices.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Strong experience with Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates, or equivalent IaC technologies.
• Experience creating reusable and maintainable infrastructure deployment patterns.

Azure DevOps & CI/CD:

• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
• Experience designing and managing automated build, release, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of source control, branching strategies, release management, and deployment automation.

Containers & Platform Operations:

• Experience with Docker and container-based application deployments.
• Experience with Azure Container Apps, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms.

Security & Identity:

• Experience implementing RBAC, Managed Identities, Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth/OIDC, and secrets management solutions.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure cloud deployments.
