Decskill is seeking a Senior DevOps for a remote project. You will design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

We value hands-on expertise in IaC, Azure DevOps, containers, and security. You will implement IaC, monitor performance, and produce documentation, with long-term opportunities in Astek Group context.

Formación

• More than 5 years in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with IaC technologies (Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates).
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps and pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and container platforms (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of RBAC, Azure AD, OAuth/OIDC, and secrets management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate provisioning and config.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Implement cloud security, identity management, access controls, and secrets management.
• Support containerized deployments and platform operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform reliability and performance.
• Establish infrastructure standards and deployment governance.
• Provide cloud architecture guidance to development teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and procedures.

We would like to meet a Senior Devops for a project with a remote working model:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and application hosting environments.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Implement cloud security best practices, identity management, access controls, and secrets management.
• Support containerized application deployments and platform operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, reliability, and availability.
• Establish infrastructure standards, governance, and deployment best practices.
• Support development teams with cloud architecture, deployment automation, and operational guidance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Required Experience:

• More than 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Platform Engineering, or similar roles.

Required Technical Skills:

Azure Cloud Infrastructure:

• Strong hands-on experience designing and administering Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience with resource management, networking, security, identity, monitoring, and application hosting services.
• Understanding of enterprise cloud architecture and operational best practices.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Strong experience with Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates, or equivalent IaC technologies.
• Experience creating reusable and maintainable infrastructure deployment patterns.

Azure DevOps & CI/CD:

• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
• Experience designing and managing automated build, release, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of source control, branching strategies, release management, and deployment automation.

Containers & Platform Operations:

• Experience with Docker and container-based application deployments.
• Experience with Azure Container Apps, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms.

Security & Identity:

• Experience implementing RBAC, Managed Identities, Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth/OIDC, and secrets management solutions.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure cloud deployments.
