Mestrelab Research is seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to own and evolve our centralized CI/CD platform, build systems, and cloud foundations. You’ll work across multiple teams to design, operate, and improve Linux build environments, Kubernetes infrastructure, artifact repositories, and automation frameworks, while promoting secure, modern software development practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Several years of experience in DevOps.
• Hands-on Linux-based system administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with Ansible and infrastructure automation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding of development teams to the centralized CI/CD platform and workflows.
• Coordinate infrastructure changes and platform enhancements across teams.
• Manage and improve Linux-based build environments, Kubernetes infra, artifact repositories, and automation.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, and software supply chain security.
• Be the primary contact for build, CI/CD, and development operations topics.
• Contribute to cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives (CRA related).
• Deliver workshops and create documentation to boost platform adoption and best practices.
