A leading consulting firm is seeking a contract DevOps Engineer to work remotely for a client in Barcelona. This role requires over 7 years of experience in DevOps with deep expertise in AWS and a solid understanding of CI/CD tools. The ideal candidate will also possess strong Kubernetes skills and proficiency in English. This contract position is expected to last 6 months with an ASAP hire. Competitive daily rates offered.

Formación

• 7+ years in DevOps, CloudOps, or SRE roles.
• Deep operational experience with AWS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

DevOps Engineer (AWS) - Barcelona - 6 months - Autónomo

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract DevOps Engineer to work Remote for a client in Barcelona, this will be 100% remote working for a global organisation, this contract will be initially 6 months on a daily rate basis - Autónomo - self employed.

Skills and experience required for the role :

• 7+ years in DevOps, CloudOps, or SRE roles supporting large-scale SaaS or data-driven platforms.
• Deep operational experience with AWS (Fargate, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
• Proficiency with CI / CD tools (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and automation scripting (Python, Bash, TypeScript).
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Working experience with AI / ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow, MLflow, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of MongoDB operations and performance optimization.
• Experience with observability and incident management (Splunk, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Fluent in English
