Infoser New Technologies is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer and SRE to join our team and support mission-critical systems in both OnPrem and Cloud environments. We’re looking for a professional passionate about automation, reliability, observability, and performance in production environments, with strong technical depth and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure across OnPrem, OffPrem, and Cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes using modern DevOps and SRE practices.
• Develop and enhance CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Implement observability solutions – metrics, logs, and tracing – using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Elastic / OpenSearch.
• Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and service provisioning (Helm, Kustomize, etc.).
• Perform root cause analysis and proactive improvements to ensure performance, availability, and reliability of production systems.
• Collaborate closely with SRE, backend, frontend, and QA teams under Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Technical Skills

• Operating Systems : Linux (essential), Windows (desirable).
• Scripting & Programming : Bash, Shell Scripting; Python and PowerShell desirable.
• Containers & Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, Istio or Linkerd (Service Mesh).
• Infrastructure as Code : Terraform or Pulumi; Ansible for configuration management.
• CI / CD Tools : Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Artifact & Code Quality : JFrog, SonarQube.
• Networking & Web Services : Reverse / Forward Proxy, Load Balancer fundamentals, Apache, Nginx, or Tomcat.
• Monitoring & Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic / OpenSearch, Loki.
• Messaging & Databases : RabbitMQ, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
• Cloud Platforms : Azure and AWS.
• Security & Testing : SAST, DAST, SCA.

Other Requirements

• Experience : Minimum 4+ years in production environments as DevOps or SRE.
• Language : Intermediate English level (able to communicate and understand technical discussions).
