Banco Plata, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple seeks DevOps Engineers for two teams: Infrastructure Platform and DevSupport. You will work on Kubernetes-based PaaS, AWS cloud, CI/CD, and automation with Terraform, Istio, ArgoCD, and Ansible.

Expect collaboration across development and operations to improve deployment, monitoring, and reliability. You will engage in challenging work including scalable infrastructure, observability, and secure delivery pipelines, with relocation and flexible

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience.
• Cloud infrastructure expertise, especially AWS.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, Istio, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Experience with distributed systems and databases (Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Shell/Bash scripting and at least one language (Python, Go, or Java).
• English level B1+ for international collaboration.

We are looking for DevOps Engineers for two of our teams.

Infrastructure Platform Team

Our team combines development and operations to create an efficient and reliable IT infrastructure. The team is responsible for Infrastructure PaaS over Kubernetes, Observability, SSO/Authentication, Network Connectivity.

DevSupport Team

Team improves Developer Experience (DX) by providing templates, modules, and processes that simplify working with our infrastructure, and enables developers with a complete CI/CD release cycle.

What makes you a great fit

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a similar DevOps/SRE role
• Cloud infrastructure expertise, particularly with AWS or equivalent platforms
• Proficiency with modern container orchestration and infrastructure tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloudflare, Istio, GitLab, ArgoCD, Ansible, Helm)
• Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience working with distributed systems and databases (Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Coding abilities in Shell/Bash plus at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
