Tata Consultancy Services in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive product strategy and execution. You will work hybrid in Barcelona, engaging with stakeholders across the lifecycle, refining requirements, and turning epics into deliverable user stories through agile sprints.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of product ownership, strong English and Spanish, and experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Formación

• 8–10 years of product ownership experience.
• English proficiency at advanced level (C1).
• Spanish proficiency at advanced level (C2).
• Bachelor degree required; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent and engage with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create, maintain and manage the product backlog.
• Prioritise backlog items according to business value and roadmap commitments.
• Lead requirements workshops, refinement sessions and backlog discussions.
• Elaborate epics, themes and features into user stories deliverable within a sprint.
• Collect and analyse business requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria with developers and testers.
• Ensure project and system documentation is maintained and updated in Confluence.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Represent and engage with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create, maintain and manage the product backlog.
• Prioritise backlog items according to business value and roadmap commitments.
• Lead requirements workshops, refinement sessions and backlog discussions.
• Elaborate epics, themes and features into user stories deliverable within a sprint.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Ability to visualise product benefits and target end state.

Work Schedule: 09:00-18:00
