The role entails building scalable cloud systems using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. The candidate will work in a hybrid mode and is expected to have strong skills in CI/CD processes. Formación

• 4+ years of cloud infrastructure or DevOps experience, AWS preferred.
• Strong Kubernetes and Terraform skills.
• Experience with monitoring stacks: Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps tools.
• Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Language: B2+ level in English or Spanish.

About the role

You’ll lead the design and management of scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our platform is secure, performant, and ready to support heavy AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure optimized for AI workloads
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement monitoring and observability systems for reliability
• Enforce security and best practices across multi-account AWS environments
• Collaborate closely with data and ML teams to align infrastructure needs
• Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and GitOps tools

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cloud infrastructure or DevOps experience, AWS preferred
• Strong Kubernetes and Terraform skills
• Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL database maintenance
• Bonus: experience with MLOps, DevSecOps, or FinOps
• Language: B2+ level in either English or Spanish (fluency in either is acceptable)
• Flexible, problem‑solving mindset ready to thrive in a startup environment
• Availability to work in hybrid mode
