We're currently offering a key position with significant growth potential as business developer with an ideally background in finance, executive searching or talent recruiting and C2 English level

Your core mission

Driving the growth of our international network of independent M&A advisors. You will be the key figure in identifying, interviewing, and managing relationships with new network members. Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, research, and operations, to execute business development initiatives that align with company goals.

Requirements

At least, 5 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Executive Searching.

Experience in executive searching of financial, investment banking or M&A professionals will be valued positively.

C2 English proficiency (written and spoken).

A must
  • Additional languages knowledge – a plus.

Proven track record in identifying business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and achieving growth targets.

Ability to

Work flexible hours to coordinate with international teams, ideally covering some US business hours.

Based in Madrid or able to work remotely in Spain with appropriate work authorization.
