q.beyond ibérica S.L. in Sevilla, Spain, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and scale our cloud platforms. The role focuses on deploying Kubernetes, managing AWS EC2, and evolving IaC with Terraform, while improving CI/CD and observability across projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document decisions, and support incident resolution. A hybrid work setup with home-office options is available, and English proficiency at B2 level is required.

Formación

• 1–2+ years in a DevOps, Cloud, or Platform role in production environments.
• Linux administration experience (LPIC-1 level or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Kubernetes (EKS and traditional deployments).
• Terraform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools knowledge.
• AWS EC2 and related services; Kafka experience; VMware is a plus.
• Strong production troubleshooting skills and solid documentation habits.

Responsabilidades

YOUR TASKS:

• Deploy, manage, and operate Kubernetes environments (EKS and traditional deployments)
• Manage AWS systems (EC2) and VMware environments
• Maintain and enhance Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Design, deploy, and evolve CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and operate the observability stack (Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Elastic)
• Work on Kafka-based projects
• Participate in L2/L3 incident resolution and complex troubleshooting
• Document runbooks, procedures, and technical decisions (documentation is an essential part of the role)
• Collaborate with the Operations team on cloud, automation, and cross-functional projects

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• 1–2+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Platform role in production environments
• Solid knowledge of Linux administration (LPIC-1 level or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating:Kubernetes (EKS and traditional deployments)
  • Terraform
  • Docker
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Observability tools (Prometheus/Thanos, Grafana, Elastic)
  • AWS (especially EC2 and related services)
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with VMware environments is a plus
• Strong production troubleshooting skills
• Strong documentation habits and an ownership mindset
• English B2 level
