BETTEX in Barcelona is seeking a designer for performance and leisurewear across womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear to develop customer-focused collections with strong fabric knowledge.

The role emphasizes technical fabrics, collaboration with customers, and turning feedback into product development; you will prepare specs and work with factories through sampling and revisions, attending meetings in Barcelona or A Coruña.

Formación

• Experience in performance wear design across womenswear, menswear or childrenswear.
• Strong knowledge of technical fabrics, finishes, properties, base requirements and suitability.
• Good understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Confident communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with customers.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Select fabrics, colours and finishes, balancing design, quality, performance and cost.
• Attend customer meetings to present concepts, fabric options and samples, and translate feedback into product development.
• Prepare design specifications and technical packs, working closely with factories throughout sampling and revisions.

Requirements
