Kardem Tekstil in Barcelona is seeking a Graphic & Print Designer to join our growing team. You will develop graphics, prints, and visuals for fashion and textile products, collaborating with the design team to deliver print-ready artwork.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in graphic or textile design, strong illustration skills, and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus. This is an office-based role with standard hours.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop graphics, prints, and visuals for fashion and textiles with the design team.
• Create print/graphic proposals aligned with customer expectations and trends.
• Conduct trend, market, and competitor research and translate insights.
• Develop prints using hand-drawing and digital techniques.
• Prepare mood boards, presentations, and visual materials for collections.
• Develop, adapt, and revise artworks based on feedback.
• Apply knowledge of printing techniques to produce production-ready designs.
• Prepare accurate, production- and print-ready artwork files.
• Utilize AI design tools to enhance development process.
• Coordinate sample development and assist collection prep.
• Collaborate with design, product development, and sales teams.
• Ensure design files are organized and production-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field,
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic, print, or textile design; professional experience in the fashion and textile industry is highly preferred,
• Strong interest in fashion and the textile industry, with a good understanding of fashion, textile, graphic design, and market trends,
• Good command of written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus,
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator,
• Good knowledge of printing techniques and textile printing processes,
• Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills, with previous experience creating fashion or textile prints using these techniques,
• Ability to effectively use AI-supported design tools in the creative and design process,
• Ability to independently manage design tasks and take ownership of assigned projects,
• Ability to transform creative concepts into technically accurate, production- and print-ready artwork files,
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics,
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment,

Job Description

• Develop graphics, prints, and visual concepts for fashion and textile products in collaboration with the design team,
• Create print and graphic design proposals in line with customer expectations, brand identity, and seasonal trends,
• Conduct trend, market, and competitor research and translate insights into relevant design concepts,
• Develop fashion and textile prints using hand-drawing, illustration, and digital design techniques where appropriate,
• Prepare mood boards, presentations, and visual materials for collections,
• Develop, adapt, and revise artworks based on design team and customer feedback,
• Apply knowledge of printing techniques and textile printing processes to develop technically appropriate designs,
• Prepare accurate, production- and print-ready artwork files for printing and product development processes,
• Effectively utilize AI-supported design tools to enhance the creative and design development process,
• Coordinate sample development and contribute to collection preparation activities,
• Collaborate closely with design, product development, and sales teams throughout the collection process,
• Ensure design files are well-organized, accurate, technically appropriate, and ready for production,
• Contribute creative ideas, identify design opportunities, and take ownership of assigned design projects,
• Follow the company’s full-time, office-based working model and designated working hours.
