Oysho is seeking a Senior Designer for the Accessories Department in Tordera (Barcelona). You will design collections, translate fashion passion into innovative products, and drive trends for our stores worldwide.

You will collaborate with Buyers and pattern makers from concept to final product, shaping fabrics, colors, and details. You should have 4+ years in a similar role in an international environment, strong communication, and fluent English.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience in a similar position in an international environment.
• Experience leading a small team is a plus.
• Keep up-to-date with trends, brands and catwalks.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret concepts and research trends to support the main collection, reflecting the OYSHO DNA.
• Contribute to new ideas and creative solutions for the collection.
• Demonstrate understanding of fabrics, colors, trims, details, fit and garment construction.
• Collaborate with Buyer and Pattern Maker from brainstorm to final product.
• Develop detailed technical files for suppliers in line with brand standards.

At OYSHO, we are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our Accesories Department. We are seeking a creative professional with a strong passion for fashion and sportswear, capable of translating that passion into a beautiful, innovative and functional products.Based in Tordera (Barcelona), you will play a key role in designing collections and setting trends for our worlwide stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret concepts and research trends to support the main collection, ensuring the OYSHO DNA is reflected in every garment.
• Contribute to new ideas, concepts and creative solutions for the collection.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of fabrics, colors, trims, details, fit, and garment construction.
• Collaborate closely with your Buyer and Pattern Maker to create and develop new collections, garments, and concepts—from initial brainstorming to final product.
• Develop detailed technical files for suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand standards in quality, construction, and fit.
• Contribute new ideas, concepts and creative solutions to the collection

How do we imagine you?

• 4+ years of professional experience in a similar position in an international environment. Experience leading a small team is a plus.
• Be aware of trends, brands, designers, catwalks: be a passionate fashion and sports lover.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
• The ability to demonstrate outstanding creative instincts and a distinct point of view.
• Very good/ fluent knowledge of English.
