This is a full-time on-site role for BIM Managers and BIM Modellers located in Seville. The main tasks include managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, overseeing virtual design processes, and collaborating with the Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role involves creating, managing, and updating BIM models, performing clash detection, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Responsibilities

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination skills
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Structure and coordinate BIM cladding models of large construction developments.
• Create complex 3D models to extrapolate metadata used for pricing, material ordering and to create manufacturing and installation documentation.
• Investigate design solutions within multidisciplinary teams and carry out clash detection studies.
• Coordinate design information between the design team and other stakeholders.
• Commercial and contractual management of BIM packages.
• Proactive team member capable of coaching younger professionals in using advanced modelling software and techniques.
• Promote excellence and continuous improvement of digital transformation, tools and mindset.
• Fluent in English; experienced working in English-speaking environments.
