Opdenergy is seeking a Design Engineer to join the team in Sevilla. You will prepare and update technical drawings for utility-scale solar PV, wind, and BESS projects throughout development, financing, construction and operations.

You will translate data into coordinated drawings and work with multidisciplinary teams to optimize plant configuration. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical/Structural/Electrical Engineering, has 3+ years in renewables, strong CAD skills (Civil 3D) and

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally on utility-scale projects.
• Strong experience with technical drawings and engineering documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts and basic engineering documentation for utility-scale solar PV, wind and BESS projects.
• Develop general arrangements, site layouts, cable routing plans, drainage concepts and other civil/electrical drawings.
• Prepare and maintain full drawing packages including single-line diagrams and as-built documentation.
• Translate survey data and equipment specs into accurate drawings and models.
• Identify project constraints like land boundaries, setbacks, and grid connection infrastructure.
• Support optimization of plant configuration considering CAPEX/OPEX, safety and O&M needs.
• Coordinate drawing interfaces across solar PV, wind, BESS and grid infrastructure.
• Maintain drawing registers, numbering, revision control and CAD standards.
