Position

Spark / Scala Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and monitor batch processes using Big Data Hadoop, Spark, and Scala.
• Collaborate with the team to participate in real projects from the start, with technical guidance and constant support.
• Learn and apply best practices, tools, and current methodologies in the tech sector.
• Implement event‑driven processing on AWS using EMR, Glue, Lambda, and Terraform to configure infrastructure.
• Deploy software into environments using DevOps tools such as Jenkins and scripts, and use Jira for tracking.
• Contribute to continuous training, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Big Data Hadoop, Spark, Scala.
• Well‑rounded experience in a regulatory setting.
• Expertise in AWS services (EMR, Glue, Lambda) and event‑driven processing.
• Experience configuring infrastructure with Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Unix / Linux experience.
• Worked with code repositories such as GIT, Maven.
• Minimum English level: C1.
