Formación

Job Description :

Responsible for overseas orders (including sales loan, prototype borrowing) handling and process improvement, follow the policy of the destination country for delivery compliance, support the company's overseas business.

  • # Responsible for controlling contract entry and exit, standardizing order fulfilment process and overseeing contract fulfillment risks;
  • # Responsible for order (including sales loan) fulfilment cycle management, identifying and handling stalled orders, shortening the order fulfilment cycle;
  • # Responsible for the forecast and achievement of regional (country) sales revenue, invoicing, and account receivables;
  • # Responsible for the management of prototype borrowing, ensuring the accounts are in line with the real;
  • # Responsible for assisting the maintenance of overseas agents;
  • # Responsible for assisting the sales department to carry out order data statistics and analysis, providing support for sales management;

# Responsible for local country administrative related works.

Job Requirements :
  • # Use Chinese, English, and local language to work;
  • # Have more than two years work experience of cross-border trade export business, familiar with international trade LTC / IPD process, import and export customs logistics knowledge reserve is preferred;
  • # Skilled in using office softwares such as Excel, Power Point, Word;

# Take high responsibilities in work, good at logical thing and teamwork, with strong executive force, learning ability, communication skill and public relations ability, familiar with the regional import and export policies, good at integrating internal and external resources, and maintenance of customer relations.
