TSMG is seeking Depot Specialists to support Europe-wide autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets from a Madrid depot. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and deployment-ready for daily operations with hands-on tasks and strict adherence to depot standards.

The role covers fleet readiness, depot operations, inventory management, and documentation. Training is provided; prior AV experience is not required.

Formación

• Valid driver's license required.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Comfort with odd hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Experience in fleet or depot operations is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi operations: clean, charge, inspect, and deployment-ready.
• Verify sensors, cameras, and vehicle condition for safe operation.
• Support vehicle dispatch, parking, charging, and staging.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety standards.
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies and charging accessories.
