Apex Group in Valencia is seeking a Depositary Officer to join our team, reporting to the Luxembourg Depositary team. The role involves cross-jurisdictional work, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of structures, and monitoring transactions under AIFMD.

You will analyze funds pre-onboarding, manage conflicts of interest, and support deliverables for clients across jurisdictions. Hybrid working, health benefits, and ongoing professional development are offered.

Role: Depositary Officer Location: Valencia Employment Type: Full time - Permanent

Role Summary: Employed in Valencia as a Depositary Officer, reporting to the Team in Luxembourg. In performing the role, you will work with other members of the Depositary team across multiple jurisdictions. The Depositary Officer position represents a varied role within the business focusing on meeting all the service requirements of our clients including reconciliation of investor commitments, investment activity (such as asset ownership verification) and constitutional documentation validation.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure that the confidentiality of depositary customers is protected as appropriate at all times.
• To ensure that the integrity of structures to which depositary services are provided are protected at all times
• Responsible for monitoring, managing and reporting to the Depositary Manager, any potential conflicts of interest
• Responsible for ensuring that all transactions are captured and risks identified and consistently monitored.
• Supporting the Luxembourg Depositary team in providing depositary deliverables.
