Job summary

Persán, a leading consumer goods company in Europe, seeks a Corporate Senior Demand Planner to join the Supply Chain team in Sevilla. You will drive demand planning processes, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance inventory health while collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities include tracking program progress, collecting inputs from sales and supply forums, conducting impact analyses, and generating a statistical forecast to support volume and profitability growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning in FMCG companies.
• Ability to work across functions (supply chain, operations, commercial, finance).
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

As a Corporate Senior Demand Planner at Persán, you will be involved in the supply chain department in a transversal way and participate in the improvement of processes, while preparing and facilitating the monthly demand review. In doing so, the role will drive increased supply planning stability, forecast accuracy improvement from sales team, better adherence to customer delivery, enhanced capacity utilization, and inventory health increase. Additionally you will also be involved in the demand and supply planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master´s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in roles of Demand Planning in FMCG companies.
• Ability to work across functions (supply chain, operations, commercial, finance).
• Good command of IT systems - particularly MS Office (Excel).
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
