Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe seeks a Demand Planning Intern to join our Planning team at the Barcelona HQ. You will support the EU Planning team with forecasts, data analysis and reporting in an international, dynamic environment.

Key tasks include maintaining forecasts, preparing planning files and dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and assisting inventory reviews and seasonal buy processes. Fluency in English required; Excel, Power BI and SAP experience a plus.

Formación

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Interest in data analytics, automation and AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support EU Planning team by maintaining forecasts and preparing planning files.
• Analyze demand trends and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory.
• Prepare reports in Excel, SAP and Power BI and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist inventory reviews and seasonal buy process, including forecasts and logs.

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for an analytical, proactive and detail-oriented Demand Planning Intern to join our Planning team at our Barcelona HQ.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the EU Planning team in day-to-day planning activities. You will work closely with Demand Planners and cross-functional teams to help maintain forecasts, prepare reports, analyze data and contribute to planning process improvements in an international and dynamic environment.

The main tasks of the position are:

The Demand Planning Intern will support the EU Planning team by ensuring planning information is accurate, up to date and delivered on time.

Demand Planning Support

• Support Demand Planners in maintaining forecasts
• Prepare planning files and analyze demand trends

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare and update reports in Excel, SAP and Power BI
• Monitor key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Backorders and Sell-in/Sell-out

Inventory Analysis

• Support inventory reviews
• Analyze stock levels, Months of Supply and End-of-Life (EOL) inventory
• Help identify inventory risks and opportunities

Seasonal Buy Process

• Help prepare forecast files, Buy Logs and planning reports
• Help improve reports, templates and planning tools
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives

Position requirements

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Power BI and SAP are a plus
• Fluent in English
• Interest in data analytics, automation and AI tools is a plus
