The Filter (acquired by 24i) is seeking a DataOps Engineer within the Personalization team to design, build, and operate cloud-based data pipelines and services. You will work with Python, SQL, and AWS, contributing across the full software lifecycle.

You will collaborate with backend and analytics teams, ensure data quality, observability, and performance, and help deliver personalized experiences, recommendations, and reporting for clients.

Formación

• Strong Python development skills for production backends.
• Solid SQL proficiency with analytical datasets.
• Experience building and operating data pipelines in the cloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and quality.
• Proven ability to design and implement observability for production systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and agile development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Develop Python-based backend services for the Personalization platform.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalable performance.
• Implement monitoring, tracing, and alerting across data workloads.
