NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Data Communications SME to provide technical leadership in enterprise networking. You will design, implement, optimize, and support complex network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability and security.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams to deliver reliable networking services and lead modernization initiatives.

Formación

• Typically 8+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Data Communication, and Enterprise Networking.
• Hands-on experience with leading network technologies and platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching concepts.
• Strong understanding of Data Center networking architectures.
• Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of network redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting complex network infrastructures while ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security. Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless Networking, Network Security technologies, Data Center, and Cloud Connectivity solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with leading network technologies and platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching concepts.
• Strong understanding of Data Center networking architectures.
• Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Desired Qualifications

• Cisco Certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent networking certifications.
• Juniper (JNCIP/JNCIE), Aruba, Fortinet, or Huawei certifications.
• Experience with Cloud Networking including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Network Automation tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of Network Security frameworks and Zero Trust principles.
• ITIL Foundation or Service Management experience.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV).
