A global marketing firm is seeking a Database Marketing Manager to take charge of a marketing database and support Account-Based Marketing initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will manage database integrity, collaborate with regional teams, and drive marketing automation excellence. Ideal candidates have strong SQL skills and experience managing large databases. This position offers an immediate start and the potential for a permanent contract.

Are you a data-driven marketing operations professional ready to take ownership of a global marketing database? We’re hiring a Database Marketing Manager to support international Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, with a focus on APAC and EMEA regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team driving segmentation, data hygiene, and marketing automation excellence across a global enterprise. You’ll collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, contribute to strategic marketing operations, and help scale programmes that accelerate the sales cycle.

Maintain and optimise the marketing database, ensuring data cleanliness, integrity, and segmentation to support campaign execution and lead lifecycle management.

Manage and enhance integrations across platforms including Eloqua and Salesforce, supporting lead scoring, routing, and reporting across global campaigns.

Partner with regional marketing teams and sales stakeholders to deliver targeted segmentation strategies and support global ABM programmes.

Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and experience with CRM / Automation systems.

Proven ability to manage large-scale databases (1M+ records), interpret data from multiple sources, and drive measurable marketing outcomes.
