EBMT, a leading non-profit medical and scientific organisation, seeks a Data Steward to assure data quality and harmonisation for EBMT Registry data. You will work with OMOP CDM standards, support data collection initiatives, and collaborate with study units and hospitals to enable research and improve patient outcomes.
The role offers a hybrid model with 2 days in Barcelona and 3 remote, a 37.5h week schedule, and a six-month temporary contract with potential for permanency.
Do you enjoy figuring out how things connect? Whether it's a gap in a dataset, a process that doesn't quite make sense, or a pattern others haven't noticed yet, you enjoy asking questions and getting to the root of the problem.
At EBMT, we’re looking for a Data Steward who combines technical know-how with a naturally inquisitive mindset. Someone who enjoys working with data, but is equally interested in understanding what it means, how it fits into the bigger picture, and how it can be improved. Because this role isn’t just about maintaining data. It’s about helping ensure that researchers and clinicians can rely on it to generate knowledge, drive innovation, and ultimately improve patients’ lives.
The EBMT is a leading non-profit medical and scientific organisation, advancing cellular therapies and blood and marrow transplantation through collaboration, research and real-world data. As part of our Clinical Research and Registry Department, you’ll join a team driving the evolution of one of the world’s largest patient registries, helping to enhance data quality, support innovation and improve patient outcomes worldwide.
